
Soeela Koharu
Soeela is a multi-disciplinary artist creating immersive sound experiences for deep relaxation and overall well-being. She has lived around the globe including Hawai’i, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Mexico to advance her learnings in music, wisdom traditions, healing and wellness.
Soeela’s unique approach to sound intuitively merges a variety of therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, quartzophone, Japanese gong, handpan, guitar, koshi chimes, and voice. She sings in multiple languages and shares meaningful songs from around the world.
She leads community-based events in various settings - from intimate spaces, to community gatherings, large private corporate events, traditional ceremonies, and outdoor events immersed in nature’s harmonious surroundings. Soeela is also a certified yoga instructor and teaches music and creative arts to children, adolescents, adults and families.


Soeela was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and currently lives in Parry Sound, Ontario. Living close to nature, Soeela is captivated by a regenerative way of life and the subtlety of nature's sounds, which she evokes in her musical journeys through deep vibrations and soothing melodies.
